Practice Ratio: (powder: water = 1:8)

Heating & Mixing

Combine 80g of whipping cream, 80g of milk, and 20g of creme brulee powder. Stir thoroughly and heat until boiling, ensuring continuous stirring. Once it reaches a boil, immediately remove from heat.

Pouring into Molds

Evenly pour the heated mixture into molds and let it cool to room temperature.

Chilling & Setting

Once cooled, refrigerate for approximately 2 to 3 hours until the creme brulee is fully set.

Caramelizing the Sugar

Sprinkle an even layer of sugar on top of the creme brulee. Use a kitchen torch on high heat to caramelize the sugar until golden and crisp. Allow it to cool and harden before serving.
