Practice Ratio: (powder: water = 1:8)

Mix 80g of whipping cream and 80g of milk together, stir until boil then turn the heat lower.

Add 20g of creme brulee powder, stir until dissolved for 10 seconds then turn off the heat.

Pour into mold and leave it in the fridge about 2~3 hours .

Sprinkle powdered sugar evenly over the top of the creme brulee, turn the spray gun to high heat and bake the sugar until it caramelizes.
