How To Use

1. Mix Ingredients : Pour 106g of water into a mixing bowl, then add 200g of fried sweet potato balls powder.

2. Start Mixing : Mix on low speed until the powder settles, then switch to medium speed.

3. Form Dough : Once the mixture starts to form a dough, switch to high speed.

4. Scrape Sides : Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue mixing until even.

5. Divide Dough : Divide the dough into three equal parts and roll each into long strips.

6. Shape Balls : Cut into small pieces and roll into balls.

7. First Fry : Fry the balls in oil at 150°C.

8. Press Balls : When the balls float, press them gently with a spatula, increasing the pressure gradually.

9. Second Fry : When the balls become larger and bounce back slowly, move them to oil at 200°C for a brief fry.

10. Enjoy : Your crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside sweet potato balls are ready to enjoy!
