Practice Ratio For Non-boiled Version: (powder: water = 1:7)

Mix 700g of hot water with 100g of Crystal Jelly powder, stir until dissolved.

Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.

Practice Ratio For Boiling Version: (powder: water = 1:7)

In a pot, mix 100g of Crystal Jelly powder and 700g of water together, keep stirring and boiling for 10 seconds, then turn off the heat and stir again for about 2 seconds.

Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.
