Practice Ratio For Non-boiled Version:
(powder: water = 1:6)

Mix 600g of hot water with 100g of taro pudding powder, stir until dissolved.

Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.

(powder: water = 1:6)

In a pot, mix 100g of taro pudding powder and 600g of water together, keep stirring and boiling for 10 seconds, then turn off the heat and stir again for about 2 seconds.

Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.
